- Microphone Usage: MonoStep requests microphone access solely for the purpose of letting you record custom metronome samples (e.g., your voice, hand claps, or instrumental sounds) within the app.
- Local Storage: Any audio samples you record are saved locally on your device in the app's secure sandbox. This data never leaves your device and is not uploaded to any server.
2. How We Use Information
The microphone data is processed strictly locally and in real-time to create audio files for your metronome ticks. We do not have access to these recordings.
3. Third-Party Services
MonoStep does not integrate with third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking frameworks that collect user data.
4. Data Retention
Your custom recorded samples remain on your device until you choose to delete them within the app or until you uninstall the MonoStep application.
